What we collect

• Account & profile: email, display name, username, and the brand or creator profile details you provide (company, niche, bio, services, pricing).
• Marketplace activity: offers, campaigns, messages, notifications, and reviews you create on PROMO.
• Social verification (creators, optional): when you connect a platform (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) we use read-only OAuth to confirm ownership and read public metrics such as follower counts. We store access tokens encrypted and never post on your behalf.
• Payment metadata: campaign amounts, fees, and payment status. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details — those go directly to Stripe.
• Technical: basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, match brands and creators, process protected payments, verify creator accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes your data

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payments, creator payouts, and identity/bank collection for payouts. Stripe is the processor for all card and bank data; see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Connected social platforms — only the read-only data you authorize when verifying an account.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you authenticated and, during our prelaunch period, to manage preview access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account from Settings. Some records tied to completed payments may be retained as required for financial, tax, and legal compliance. Encrypted social tokens are removed when you disconnect an account.

Your rights

Children

PROMO is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
